Cricut Life's a Beach-Happy Birthday

Can you all tell I love my Life’s a Beach Cricut cartridge?
We have some good friends that we have been to Cancun
with twice. Both times we swam with the dolphins
– such an experience! Her birthday is coming up and I’ve
had some version of this card in my mind ever since they
posted pictures of this cartridge. I had to put the toucan
on the side because that is part of the whole dolphin
experience (actually just another opportunity to sell you
photos!). So for the details… The toucan is cut @ 3” regular
and layers for the beak (and I “made up” the whole eye
thing). The leaf is cut 4 times (twice @ 1.75” and twice
@ 2” – regular and layer). For the dolphins I used the
card feature, cut twice @ 5”. I cut the dolphins and water
from the light blue and then just the water off of the bright
blue. Happy Birthday is the title feature for the flamingo
with the flamingo cut off and the sun is from AE. I also
used my Nestibilities to cut the oval in my background
paper ($1 bin at Target-another great find).
I hope you like it just as much as I do.
