Autumn is in the air

Well I figure my Cricut was feeling a bit neglected so I decided to play a bit with my new A Child's Year cartridge. We have almost no true Autumn in Southern AZ so I decided to create some of my own. The images on this cart are so cute and cover all of the seasons, lots of holidays, and everyday life. I don't think the girl with the wheelbarrow is really pushing a load of leaves so I did add some gold-tone paper behind that part of the silhouette. She is cut at 3.25" and the girl with the rake is cut at 3.5". I cut the leaves with Cuttlebug die set, the sentiment is a stamp from the $ bin at M's, and I added just a bit of doodling. This was really quite quick and easy. Thanks so much for dropping by.

  1. Cute, cute card, Kris! (I really think I need to add this cartridge to my wish list.) Autumn is my favorite time of year. From all indications, Autumn will be arriving earlier than usual in the MidWest ... with a little luck, maybe it will hang around longer than usual too!
