Happy Saturday. It's that time of year (well, for those of us in the southwest anyway) to be able to hang our clothes outside. I confess that I love clothes dried in the the fresh air and I use my pool fence as my laundry line (no metal poles and wires for our HOA!). Of course, in another couple of weeks it will only take about 5 minutes for them to dry - that's what 100 degrees will do for you. That is what inspired this card.
Supplies:
Patterned Paper: MM Chloe's Closet
Image/Sentiment: Cricut-Country Life
Other: Nesties Labels 8 for the card shape
I want anyone living in the southeast to know that my heart goes out to you for the horrible tornadoes that occurred this week. Growing up in Kansas I've seen more than my fair share and was grateful that the most we ever lost was our chimney. I can't imagine losing all of your property. You're in my prayers.
Love the card, and I agree, your clothes always smell so much nicer when they are hung up outside to dry. Miss doing that.

Oh Kris, this is a darling card and does it ever bring back memories of yesteryear. I grew up helping my mother hang our laundry on the clothesline. No clothes dryer back then... ...and I probably shouldn't even admit, we washed the clothes in a wringer washing machine. (old me).... I haven't seen a clothes line in years. I sorta miss 'em.
