Merry Christmas

YES!, Christmas is almost here.  I think it truly is the most wonderful time of the year because it makes people stop and think about what they believe in (more so than other times), what they are truly grateful for (for me...family, friends, how blessed I am), and SANTA!

Here's a little card to celebrate him.  I own every one of Unity's Wit & Wisdom stamps by Joslyn Nielson.  I'm sure I've said before that they make a card come together so easily.  For this one, I stamped and heat-embossed the Merry Christmas SANTA image on some chalkboard cardstock. The ornament is die-cut with my Cricut and embossed.  I added some snowflakes, rhinestones, and a metal dot.

I want to say how much fun it's been this year to join in the Unity fun on their blog (today it's Friday's Friends with Flair) and on Facebook (love the Unity Show & Tell group).  I love all the people I've met and the inspiration they've provided.  I look forward to continuing this in 2014.

    Love the chalkboard sentiment here! I need that set to start next years cards. I too have so enjoying meeting folks like you thru Unity Stamp fan-outlets! Have a very MERRY Christmas.

    Now that is a great card! I will be honest and say that I was not sure abut these wit and wisdom stamps, but I think I see why they are so popular! Again, great card! Merry Xmas!

    This is really cute. The stamp did just the thing on the paper. Also great background and bling. I'd gotten a few pieces of it but didn't know quite what to do with it. Now I know. Thank you so much for sharing your creativity.

    I love your card! I am drawn to that pretty plaid PP and the colors you used with it! You asked on my blog about my card-it is a Sizzix die designed by Karen Burniston-Accordian Flip Album 3D. She has a YouTube channel with a video with this die. I was unable to put the link here.
