5 for 5 for Halloween...PURPLE

Welcome to Day 2 of our 5 for 5 Halloween Blog Event. Today our theme is "Purple". We are all sharing a project where we made purple our main focus. Each day our 5 Designers will post a Halloween Inspired Project based on a theme. Some are offering prizes, so be sure to visit all the links below and leave comments.

Here is my card featuring "purple".

I created my background on watercolor paper using Tim Holtz distress ink (seedless preserves and mustard seed).  I blended the ink and then dropped water on it to create the "spots".  Next I used a very old stamp set from Inkadinkado called Scary Night to stamp and emboss in black.  That's it!  So simple!

Here's the list of the other 4 girls participating.

I hope you'll return tomorrow for another day of inspiration when our theme is "Haunted House".
