Just me again - playing with my A Child's Year cartridge. This started out entirely different and I'm not too sure I like it now, but what's done is done. The tree with presents is from Hello Kitty. I tried to get it to fit on the tree card (from the same cart!) and it just looked awful...don't know what I'm doing wrong there. So I decided to just use it on a regular card and then of course I couldn't find the right patterned paper for the background for like 3 hours! Anyway this is the end result. The child on the rocking horse was cut at 2.25" and the tree at 5.75". I computer-generated the sentiment. The background paper is Daisy D's I finally found in my stash. Any suggestions for improvements would be greatly appreciated.
No improvements necessary...it's darling the way it is. That ACY cartridge is really versitile.
ReplyDeleteI don't think it needs anything either, just great the way it is. Just bought ACY and getting some great inspiration from various blogs.

ReplyDeleteJust darling Kris! You found the perfect paper (even if it did take 3 hours. Isn't that always the toughest part? LOL) I know you'll look back at this later and love it. I do! xxD
ReplyDeleteWhat a creative idea Kris, it worked out beautifully.
