I made this card this morning because a) I wanted to play along with Unity's Friends with Flair challenge and b) I was really inspired by Unity's new {be inspired} color challenge.
It's a pretty straight forward card using a chalkboard technique. However, I did do something different with this one. Besides the normal ink and heat-emboss, I started adding other chalk colors. When that didn't give me the effect I wanted, I started scribbling with my oil pastels. I just kept coloring and wiping until I got the result that I was mostly looking for. One big hint! - when you're satisfied, spray it with a matte sealer or you'll find yourself starting all over.
So here are the Unity challenge guidelines...
...and here's my card.
