Unity Hop for Angela's Birthday

Hello everyone.  It's Thursday and we're already through 1/3 of January-WOW!  This hop is kind of special because Angela's birthday is just 2 days away and we have lots of new releases to share with you.

I've had company since the beginning of the month, so I haven't had any time to create.  I have just one card to share.  I HAD to make something using the new release (cover your eyes if you're sensitive-lol) from Joslyn Nielson - Damn Girl.  I just love it when she comes up with her snarky/sarcastic sentiments and a lovely lady that puts it all in perspective.

I colored my card with Prismacolor pencils on kraft cardstock.  It was quite simple as I only colored her face and hat and added a small halo of white around her upper body.  She is die-cut with a Sizzix oval die and the I die-cut a portion of that out using a Tim Holtz die just to give it some added interest.

Here is the entire kit showing all of the awesome sentiments.

You can see all of the new releases HERE.

Now as with every hop. there are prizes to be had just for grabbing your favorite beverage and leaving a bit of love on each blog in this hop.   Those winners will be announced on the Unity blog on Monday evening.

You should have arrived here from Kary's blog and now you may move on to Lisa's blog.  Here is a full list of everyone who is hopping.

Remember to hop and then shop!
